Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product you've ordered.

Some products are kept in stock and are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Some of our products are printed especially for you once you place your order. This helps reduce unnecessary waste while allowing us to continue making thoughtful improvements based on customer feedback. These orders are usually delivered within 10 working days, although they often arrive much sooner.

If your order contains both in-stock and print-on-demand products, they may arrive in separate deliveries.

Can I track my order?

Products that are stocked and dispatched directly by Sanuva will include tracking details, which will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Some of our products are printed especially for you and shipped directly from our print partner. Tracking may not always be available for these orders, but you'll receive a dispatch confirmation as soon as your product is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Our digital products are available worldwide.

For physical products at the moment we're only shipping within the UK. We hope to offer international delivery in the future, so if you're visiting from another country, we'd love for you to get in touch and let us know. Returns & Exchanges

I have a problem with my order

We want you to be completely happy with your Sanuva order. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you believe you've received the wrong item, please contact us by emailing hello@sanuva.co.uk. To help us resolve your query as quickly as possible, please include your order number and, if applicable, a clear photo of the issue. For print-on-demand orders, this is often required before a replacement can be arranged.

Product information

Are the planners dated?

No. All of our planners are undated.

There's no pressure to begin on a specific date, the start of a new month, or the New Year, simply pick up your planner and start whenever you're ready.

What's the difference between the spiral bound & perfect bound planners?

Both spiral and perfect bound planners contain exactly the same content and the same amount of pages. The only difference is the style of binding.

Spiral bound planners lay completely flat when open, making them ideal if you prefer to write across the pages with greater ease & flexibility.

Perfect bound planners have a traditional book-style finish, giving them a clean, elegant appearance while remaining comfortable to use.

Are there digital versions of the planners?

Yes. Selected Sanuva planners are also available in a digital format.

Our digital planners contain the same content as the printed versions, giving you the flexibility to use them on your preferred device or print the pages yourself if you wish.

If you're looking for the traditional experience of putting pen to paper, our printed planners may be the better choice. If you prefer the convenience of planning digitally, our digital versions are a great alternative. Whichever format you choose, the goal is the same - to help you create small, realistic habits that support your wellbeing, one step at a time.
